Oysters and Garden Island mussels are brought in fresh daily, while local crayfish, Shark Bay crabs and North West squid are delivered twice a week for the fish of the day, chilli mussels and seafood platter; as well as the lighter bites served in the restaurant's exquisite Prawn & Oyster Lounge.
